How do you approach pricing?
Pricing is quoted per site. We look at floor area, the areas in scope, how often you need your office cleaned and access times, then provide a written scope and price. We do not publish a single hourly rate because the same rate rarely suits two different sites.
Are your cleaners employees or subcontractors?
All CMOS cleaners are employed and trained. They are CMOS employees, not subcontractors — inducted to your site and supervised by our operations team.
What happens if our regular cleaner is away?
Backup cover is part of the service. Your account manager arranges a trained replacement cleaner so the scheduled service still happens.
How do you check the work is being done?
Your account manager runs regular quality checks against your agreed scope, and records what was checked so issues are addressed rather than repeated.
How quickly do you respond to issues?
You raise issues directly with one named account manager by phone on 0494 039 315 or email — not a general call centre — and receive a clear response on what will be corrected and when.
Do you supply consumables and equipment?
Cleaning equipment and chemicals are supplied as part of the service. Washroom and kitchen consumables (paper, soap, bin liners) can be included in your scope or left with your team — this is confirmed in writing before service starts.
Can you clean after hours or before we open?
Yes. Most sites are serviced outside business hours. Access arrangements — keys, fobs, alarm codes, building induction and after-hours dock access — are documented before the first clean.
Which parts of Sydney do you cover?
We service commercial sites across the Sydney metropolitan area, including the CBD, inner suburbs, North Shore, Parramatta and the greater western, southern and northern corridors. Confirm your suburb with us and we will tell you honestly whether it is within our service area.
